Answering and directing phone calls Filing paperwork Entering invoices into Quickbooks Sorting mail Verifying and scanning tickets Collection calls Following organization systems Other general office tasks Some office travel may be required You must have some experience with Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word).
Previous office experience and basic understanding of Quickbooks preferred.
