frame selection / adjustment / dispensing / inventory neutralization of glasses and contact lens prescriptions trouble shooting glasses problems explanation of benefits of lenses / treatments to patients contact lens dispensing / training & instruction / follow-up / ordering / inventory prestesting (use of visual fields, tonometers, autorefractors, VA, fundus photography) knowledge of vision plans (VSP, Eyemed, Davis)
