Responsibilities:
- Conduct Pilates sessions for individuals and duets, providing instruction and guidance on proper form and technique - Create and develop personalized Pilates programs based on clients' goals and fitness levels - Demonstrate exercises and modifications to accommodate different skill levels and physical limitations - Monitor participants' progress and provide feedback and encouragement to help them achieve their fitness goals - Maintain a clean and safe workout environment, ensuring that all equipment is properly sanitized and in good working condition - Stay up-to-date with current fitness trends and research to continuously improve teaching methods Skills:
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to ensure safe and effective exercise instruction - Expertise in Pilates techniques, including mat work, Reformer, Cadillac, Split Pedal Stability Chair, All Barrels and equipment utilization.
- Experience in the ability to motivate and engage your client.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively explain complex movements and modifications to clients - Sales skills to promote Pilates classes and programs, as well as upsell our massage services or packages - Ability to design comprehensive fitness programs tailored to individual needs and goals If you are a passionate Pilates instructor with a desire to help others improve their health and well-being, we would love to hear from you.
