Roles and
Responsibilities:
-Presentations:
Conduct sales presentations each week at referral source locations.
-Events:
Lead marketing events for referral sources (e.
g.
, CEU's, appreciation events like grab n' go dinners) and the community (e.
g.
, support groups, church presentations).
-Contact:
Has thirty face-to-face meetings each week.
-Networking:
Attends networking events (industry specific).
-Development:
Further develop base and network for long term sources of clients.
Generate new customer referrals by cold calling, if necessary.
Once a relationship is developed, be a resource (e.
g.
, provide information, solve problems) for the referral source.
-Follow-up:
Plans future follow-up conversations, and evaluations of needs.
Actively follows-up on leads with calls to action, dates, profile information and sources.
-Servicing:
Provide continuing service by processing and reassessing changes in referral network needs.
-Continuing Education:
Updates personal job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
-CRM:
Create and maintain customer relationship management program (CRM) and territory planner.
Maintain daily communication with office staff and management to foster a team environment.
-Communication:
Maintain communication and interactions with referral sources by providing updates on the client's condition, address concerns.
