As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Production Administrator to join our dynamic team.
Job Summary As a Production Administrator, you will play a crucial role in our operations team, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of service calls for roof and siding jobs.
You will manage permit procurement, field customer calls, and support the production team in various administrative capacities.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Scheduling and Coordination:
Organize and schedule service calls and appointments for roofing and siding jobs.
Ensure efficient time management and communication between teams and customers.
Permit Management:
Obtain necessary permits for construction and restoration projects.
Stay updated on local regulations and ensure all documentation is in order.
Customer Service:
Answer phone calls from customers, addressing inquiries, scheduling requests, and providing information about our services.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Administrative Support:
Assist the production team with various administrative tasks including data entry, file management, and report preparation.
Communication:
Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, clients, and external partners.
Ensure all stakeholders are informed of schedules, changes, and requirements.
Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction, roofing, or restoration industry.
Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new software quickly.
Experience in customer service, with a track record of handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
High school diploma required; further education or certification in business administration or related field is a plus.
