Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills.
This position plays a crucial role in providing a positive guest experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process - Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Process reservations, check-outs, and payments accurately - Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction Skills:
