Sodexo's university segment is seeking an experienced and innovative Food Retail Manager 2 for College of DuPage, one of the largest Community Colleges in the nation. This premiere Sodexo account is located in beautiful Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
As our Retail Manager you will oversee a MV of & 1.8MIL. Brands to include: Starbucks, Einsteins, Chick-fil-A, Subway and Jazzmans coffee. Reporting to the General manager, you will oversee a mixed work force up to 50 associates and 3 supervisors.

Oversee all daily operations for our Food Retail on campus
Full integration with our client's organization becoming a trusted adviser and member of the accounts leadership team
Achieving company and client financial targets and goals
Work to achieve continuous improvement
Ensuring Sodexo standards of operations
Position develops positive relationships with key representatives at the College and delivers guest services that exceed customer expectations

Strong food retail experience and front of the house leadership?
Food Retail brand compliance experience?
Extensive interaction with the campus clients and with external clients?
Work history demonstrating strong leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work in teams?

Position Summary
Responsible for food quality & customer service in an operation that may have branded concepts or other retail offerings. Directs the work of hourly & supervisory food service workers.Key Duties- Ensures there is a zero harm mindset for ourselves, our customers, our food & employees.- Directs daily operations of food quality & customer service in a retail food operation that may include branded concepts ensuring that employees have appropriate equipment, supplies and resources.- Manages cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies.- Maintains client satisfaction for food quality & customer service.- Accountable for the execution of service quality by maintaining the highest level of delivery. - Supervises day-to-day work activities of food service workers.
Qualifications & Requirements

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
