Lead Environmental Engineer - Solid Waste / Utilities

Foth Infrastructure & Environment, LLC is currently seeking a team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented Lead Environmental Engineer (Solid Waste/Utilities) who is looking for new learning experiences, opportunities for career growth, and a desire to contribute to our clients' success.  This position will be working out of our Minneapolis, Des Moines, Cedar Rapids or Chicagolocations.   Primary Responsibilities: Provide hands-on technical engineering for solid waste and Coal Combustion Residue Management projects (issue identification and resolution, project team leadership, delivery of projects within scope/schedule/budget, technical quality, etc.) Attend client meetings, lead proposals/presentations, attend trade shows, meet with regulatory agencies, and serve as a primary contact for clients regarding industrial and municipal solid waste projects Provide engineering leadership to teams/systems/processes to complete projects with high quality and on time and provide input for continuous improvements Identify client needs proactively and initiate activities to ensure those needs are addressed Demonstrate technical knowledge on industrial and municipal solid waste services as a lead engineer for multiple large-scale projects of a complex, multi-discipline nature Serve as primary technical resource for innovative solid waste concepts Demonstrate effective client and project team communication skills with a focus on technical issues for clients, regulators, and stakeholders Maintain a thorough and complete understanding of the rules, regulations, guidance, policies and current best approach for solid waste engineering systems Maintain all licenses and certifications in good standing Coach and develop junior engineers and scientists to develop their technical and consulting skills All Foth Members are expected to:  Travel as required (domestic and/or international) for field work and/or other client/business objectives Demonstrate behavior consistent with Foth Basic Principles and Values Work collaboratively and build effective relationships with others Communicate effectively across all levels within organization Maintain a positive attitude Interact with clients as required Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering Minimum 10 years of experience as a lead engineer for industrial or municipal solid waste projects Minimum of 5 years project management/coordination experience Professional Engineer (PE) licensure   Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or Science  10 years of experience working in the engineering consulting industry Req #110

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
